On October 25, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing Re: License Denial with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the issues giving rise to the license denial had been resolved

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
