The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) has discovered that the recording of the hearing in the above-entitled matter failed to capture the full hearing. The ALJ took substantial notes during the hearing to issue a fair and impartial decision to the parties. However, the parties may request a new hearing if desired. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the record in the above-entitled matter is reopened until May 2, 2024 to allow the parties to request a new hearing. The parties may respond electronically via OAH’s website at www.azoah.com (“Motions/File Documents”). The parties must submit their response to the ALJ and to the opposing party under Arizona Administrative Code R2-19-108(E).
