On April 25, 2024, and May 8, 2024, Respondent filed Motions with the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) requesting that the pending hearing be vacated. On April 26, 2024, and May 8, 2024, OAH staff emailed Complainant to request a response to the Motions to Vacate. Complainant has not filed any responses thereto.
