The tribunal is in receipt of an email from Respondent dated March 8, 2024, wherein Respondent was requesting to reset the hearing that day due to it not realizing the hearing was set for Arizona time, as the Respondent’s offices are in California.

The tribunal also notes for the record that Respondent is licensed in California, Arizona and Texas, and presumably does business in all three locations.

IT IS ORDERED that Respondent’s Motion for continuance is denied, as it did not demonstrate good cause for not knowing what time zone the hearing was to take place.
