At the request of Complainant and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on January 9, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing; or

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

As this matter has been pending since May of 2024, and this is Complainant’s sixth request to continue, no further continuances will be granted. If the matter is not resolved by January 9, 2026, the matter will be set for hearing.
