ORDER NUNC PRO TUNC

In light of the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s rejection of the Administrative Law Judge Decision dated May 20, 204 and request for corrections, the Administrative Law Judge issues this Order Nunc Pro Tunc to correct the errors in the Decision as follows:

At page 1, line 5 1⁄2, replace “34020” with “340420”.

At page 1, Finding of Fact #3, replace “34020” with “340420”.

At page 1, line 18 1⁄2, replace, “Ariz. Rev. Stat. sections 32-1154(A)(1), (A)(2)(b), (A)(3), and (A)(22).” with “Ariz. Rev. Stat. sections 32-1154(A)(1), (A)(3), and (A)(22); A.A.C. R4-9-108(B).”

At page 2, line 12 1⁄2, replace “Stat. sections 32-1154(A)(1), (A)(2)(b), (A)(3), and (A)(22).” with “Stat. sections 32-1154(A)(1), (A)(3), and (A)(22); A.A.C. R4-9-108(B).”

At page 3, line 2 1⁄2, replace “19” with “21”.

At page 3, delete the following paragraph at lines 5 1⁄2 to 7 1⁄2 :

Administrative notice is taken of the Registrar’s public website. According to the information available on the website on May 20, 2024, Respondent’s license was first issued on August 25, 2022, and is currently suspended for lack of bond.

At page 4, line 7 1⁄2, replace, “Respondent’s license number 319709 for one three” with “license numbers 319709 and 340420 held by Respondent for three”.
