The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), received an email on June 13, 2025, by Zane Scott Beach on behalf of Respondent Beach Ventures, Incorporated (“Respondent”) and makes the following minute entry:

Respondent provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on June 20, 2025 at 9:00am. The ALJ acknowledges the Respondent’s intention to appear in-person. Per the Office of Administrative Hearings procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. In addition, the Complainant and the Registrar of Contractors will more than likely continue to appear virtually per the Order issued on May 14, 2025.
