The assigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document RE: Response to Findings of Fact and Recommended Order in Case No. 2023A-10678-CHC-ROC, with included attachments identified as Exhibits A-H, as filed by Respondent on March 18, 2024, makes the following minute entry:

The hearing record in the above-captioned matter closed on March 06, 2024. No additional testimony and/or documentations shall be accepted for consideration in this matter. Both parties were duly notified of proceedings and had a full and fair opportunity to present their cases at hearing. Respondent is again reminded that the Director of the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) will issue the Final Order via Certification in this matter on April 09, 2024, if the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) has not issued a Final Order by April 08, 2024

Respondent’s submission will not be considered by OAH. As a courtesy, the correspondence is being forwarded to the Registrar as an “Appeal,” though unripe. OAH shall take no further action on the matter. Although the document will be retained in this docket, it should not be responded to by any party.
