On November 28, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) submitted a Motion to Vacate Hearing because the Respondent had resolved their licensing issues with the Registrar.

Pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Registrar for further action.
