Upon review of Respondent’s January 23, 2024 Motion to Consolidate and Appear in Person, and good cause appearing, the following Orders are made:

IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the Motion to Consolidate. Docket Numbers 2023A-08870-CHC-ROC and 2023A-10180-CHC-ROC are now consolidated.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED GRANTING a continuance of the February 26, 2024 hearing in Docket Number 2023A-10180-CHC-ROC. The February 16, 2024 Status Update in Docket Number 2023A-08870-CHC-ROC is hereby vacated.

The hearing in the above-entitled consolidated matter will be heard on March 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
