The February 16, 2024 Status Update in Docket Number 2023A-08870-CHC-ROC is hereby vacated. The hearing in the above-entitled consolidated matter will be heard on March 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Respondent may appear in person, however, Complainant may choose to appear via Google Meet or in person, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator will be appearing via Google Meet.
