At the time of the hearing in this matter, the parties agreed that they had reached a settlement in principle and required additional time to complete the terms of the settlement agreement. Accordingly, the parties are to provide a Status Update by August 30, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the recommended decision in this matter be issued by the Administrative Law Judge.
