MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The continued hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 22, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Jeff Erzig appeared on behalf of Complainant. Kris Husa appeared on behalf of Respondent.

The matter proceeded to hearing. At the conclusion of the presentation of the parties’ cases, the parties reached a resolution of the matter. However, the parties requested until January 30, 2024, to execute the terms of their agreement. The parties further agreed that if the matter is not resolved by January 30, 2024, the Administrative Law Judge would issue a Decision and Order based upon the evidence presented at the January 22, 2024 hearing.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is set for a Status Update on January 31, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute. If the parties are unable to resolve their dispute, a Decision and Order will issue within twenty (20) days of January 31, 2024.
