License No. ROC 315545,

MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE
Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the parties’ joint motion to vacate the mediation and hearing because the parties have settled their dispute. However, the parties have requested that the matter remain on the docket to allow the parties additional time to finalize a settlement agreement and submit a Stipulation for Dismissal. Therefore, the motion to vacate the hearing date is considered a motion to continue the hearing date and set the matter for a status update.
IT IS ORDERED that the mediation is vacated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing date is continued, but no hearing date is set;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before March 19, 2024, the parties must notify the tribunal of the status of this matter.
Done this day, February 1, 2024.
