On February 21, 2024, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement, and Stipulation to Dismiss Matter and to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 28, 2024, is not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
