On November 9, 2023, Complainant filed a request to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that it was writing off the balance due and the hearing currently scheduled for December 1, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
