To allow for consolidation of a possible second matter, this matter is continued and set for a Status Update on November 11, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that that a second matter was generated and submit Motion to Consolidate the two matters;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that this matter should be set for hearing.
