On December 5, 2023, Complainant contacted the Office of Administrative Hearings and requested that the hearing be accelerated. Complainant verbally relayed the following message:

"I am calling because there is a hearing scheduled for January 3rd, however I would greatly appreciate it if it can be moved earlier a lot earlier I have stage 4 cancer and I am not confident or sure if I'll make it to January 3rd"

Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-19-106(D), Respondent will
