On November 03, 2023, a Recommended Decision regarding the above-captioned matter was transmitted to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”).

On November 30, 2023, the Registrar issued a Final Administrative Decision and Order accepting the ALJ’s Recommended Decision, which became effective January 09, 2024.

Because the parties’ motion was neither timely nor properly filed with appropriate agency, no further action may be taken in this matter.
