ORDER HOLDING RECORD OPEN

This matter, having been heard on January 17, 2024, is being held open for the sole purpose of the parties submitting a structural engineering report with regard to the front porch posts. The parties are instructed to submit these reports to the Tribunal by March 22, 2024. No other evidence will be accepted.

The parties can work together or each party can submit his own report to be considered. The documents are to be submitted through the Office of Administrative Hearings website portal, copying all parties on all correspondence submitted.

If the parties are able to resolve the matter and do not wish the Tribunal to issue a decision, Complainant shall file a Motion to Vacate the hearing at any time prior to the issuing of the decision, advising the issues have been resolved and a request to vacate the hearing. If no such motion is received, a decision will be issued within 20 days of the closing of the record.
