Complainant herein has filed his objection to the motion to consolidate and, therewith, to continue this case to May 31, 2024. On consideration of the Motion,

IT IS ORDERED the Motion is DENIED. The administrative hearing in this matter remains scheduled for April 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Should the parties herein wish to mediate this matter, they may request a mediation which the Tribunal is able to schedule.
