On February 25, 2025, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Complainant Bonnie Lynn Spark has withdrawn the appeal filed in this matter.

Based on the withdrawal of the appeal, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
