On November 22, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors requested that the Administrative Law Judge quash the subpoena duces tecum issued to Mr. Chance Peterson, General Counsel to the Registrar, on November 21, 2023.
Having considered the Registrar’s request,
IT IS ORDERED that the November 21, 2023 subpoena duces tecum issued to Mr. Chance Peterson, General Counsel to the Registrar, is quashed.
