At the time of the hearing on October 18, 2023, both parties referenced supporting documentation regarding their sworn testimony that they had not yet submitted to the hearing record. The Administrative Law Judge is giving the parties the opportunity to make the submissions, as were discussed at hearing, no later than November 3, 2023. The submissions shall be made through the OAH website for motions and must be copied to the other party. The Administrative Law Judge reserves the possibility of reconvening the hearing in the event the documents are not self-explanatory and additional clarification is needed.
