ORDER SETTING STATUS DATE FOR DOCUMENTATION

At the time of the hearing on October 18, 2023, both parties referenced supporting documentation regarding their sworn testimony that they had not yet submitted to the hearing record.

By Minute Entry dated October 18, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge gave the parties the opportunity to make the submissions, as were discussed at hearing, no later than November 3, 2023.

As of today, neither party has made submissions. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED the parties are given a final opportunity to make the submissions, as were discussed at hearing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the hearing record is again held open for the parties’ submissions, as were discussed at hearing no later than November 17, 2023. The submissions shall be made through the OAH website for motions and must be copied to the other party.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Administrative Law Judge reserves reconvening the hearing in the event the documents are not self-explanatory and additional clarification is needed.
