The parties have filed a joint motion to continue the hearing date and set the matter for a status update in at least 30 days to afford the parties desire additional time to finalize a settlement agreement. Good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on December 19, 2023. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
