On June 22, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing Re: License Denial with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which the Registrar advised that “all issues surrounding the grounds for the denial of this license have now been resolved,” and requested that the pending hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
