AND SETTING HEARING VIA GOOGLE MEET

A prehearing conference was held in this matter on July 26, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Complainant Susan Schneider-Miller appeared on her own behalf. Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Respondent Muro's Pools, LLC did not appear.

Ms. Schneider-Miller requested the prehearing conference in order to request certain documentation from the Registrar. Specifically, Ms. Schneider-Miller requested documentation relating to information that was available to the public on the Registrar’s website concerning administrative license suspensions during the relevant time period pertaining to the instant matter. Ms. Schneider-Miller asked several questions of Mr. Hover, who stated that he would inquire of the Registrar concerning her questions and requests and provide the information/documentation to Ms. Schneider-Miller once it was available to him. The parties’ respective availability for a continued hearing date was also discussed.

In accordance with the parties’ availability, the parties are advised that the continued hearing in the above-captioned matter will convene on September 25, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
