Muro's Pools, LLC License No. ROC 321392,

RESPONDENT.

The continued hearing in the above-captioned matter was scheduled to convene on December 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for continued hearing, Complainant Susan Schneider-Miller appeared on her own behalf. Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Respondent Muro’s Pools, LLC did not appear. The hearing convened and the Registrar presented the testimony of its witnesses, Tedi Quezada and Anthony Jacovino. Following the testimony of Ms. Quezada and Mr. Jacovino, Ms. Schneider-Miller requested a short recess. When the hearing re-convened, Ms. Schneider-Miller informed the Tribunal that she was withdrawing her request for hearing concerning the Registrar’s denial of her Recovery Fund claim. Based on the withdrawal of the request for hearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
