HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on August 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Vito Alongi and Pamela Newton appeared on behalf of Alongi Construction AZ, LLC (“Complainant”). Wolff Development, LLC (“Respondent”) did not appear.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Complainant advised the Tribunal that a few minutes prior to the time set for hearing, Respondent paid Complainant the full amount of disputed invoice, and that the matter was resolved to Complainant’s satisfaction.

Based on the parties’ resolution of the matter,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
