ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

Pending before The Office of Administrative Hearings is a stipulation to vacate the hearing and set the above-entitled matter for a status update in six months, to afford the parties additional time to carry out the terms of a settlement agreement, including a payment plan. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 30, 2025 is vacated and the above-entitled matter is set for a Status Update on July 2, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
