ORDER RE: MOTION TO QUASH

Pending before the Tribunal is Respondent’s Motion to Quash Subpoenas. The parties are advised that the subpoenas filed by Complainant were rejected due to having been filed in an improper format. Therefore, the Motion to Quash is premature.

The parties are further advised that the scope of the hearing is limited to the items delineated in the Complaint and Written Directive, and the charges set forth in the Citation and Notice of Hearing. The parties are further advised that duplicative evidence and irrelevant evidence will not be permitted. The parties are further advised that the hearing is set for four (4) hours and the parties will be allotted equal time for their respective case presentations. If the hearing does not conclude in the allotted time, the hearing will be set for further hearing in February or March 2024.
