AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on October 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Stephen Weber, Esq. represented Charism Design, Inc., doing business as Thunderbird Pools & Spas (“Complainant”). Cohl Workman was present on behalf of Complainant. Ruben and Donna Maynes appeared on behalf of Spartan Shade Systems, LLC (“Respondent”). Registrar of Contractors Investigator John Peru was present.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties resolved the matter in dispute, however, required additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on November 13, 2023. On or before this date, Counsel for Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
