On September 21, 2023, Complainant Joseph Russo filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which he advised of the following: “I want to cancel the case against Sun Lakes Plumbing scheduled for Oct. 5th. I no longer wish to pursue this issue given I have received an insurance payment from Sun Lakes Plumbing's insurance carrier State Farm Insurance. Please verify the cancellation of this case.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
