MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING WRITTEN STATUS UPDATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on September 5, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Gayle Lansberry appeared on her own behalf. Kevin Harris appeared on behalf of Respondent Air Tropics, LLC. Registrar of Contractors Investigator John Smith was present.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of that agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on September 20, 2023. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
