The document, consisting of an email from Respondent alleging he was not notified of the November 16, 2023 hearing, will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter as the Office of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction over the matter because the Decision and Order has been issued. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

Any further correspondence must be filed directly with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
