On May 22, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Notice of License Denial Quash Order and Request to Vacate Hearing because the Registrar had withdrawn the action giving rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
