On September 7, 2023, the parties filed a Notice of Resolution with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they “have settled and fully resolved all claims between them. Complainant further notifies the ROC and OAH that he hereby withdraws the Licensed Complaint Form that he filed with the ROC in this matter, requests that no further action be taken on that Complaint, and requests that the Citation issued by the ROC on July 6, 2023 be withdrawn and/or cancelled and/or closed.”

Based on the above and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
