On February 19, 2024, the undersigned issued a Recommended Decision to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) in the above-captioned matter that contained five (5) non-substantive typographical errors. As a result, by this date a Corrected Decision has been issued to the Registrar.
