At the time the administrative hearing convened with both parties present, Complainant and Respondent came to a verbal settlement agreement, off the record, to resolve the matter based on a modification on behalf of Complainant to an earlier settlement offer that Respondent had made to Complainant. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED the administrative hearing in this matter is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
