ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS UPDATE

This matter was previously set for a Status Update due by March 11, 2025. On March 17, 2025, Complainant’s counsel emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings indicating that a Status Update would be provided by the end of that week, which would have been March 21, 2025. To date, Complainant has not provided the required Status Update.

Therefore,

The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a STATUS UPDATE on April 2, 2025. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by

submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing;

(2) Inform The tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the

matter by submitting a MOTION TO CONTINUE and reset for STATUS by 30-days,

45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If Complainant does not submit a status update by April 2, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or Complainant does not wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
