ORDER VACATING HEARING, REMANDING TO AGENCY

Pursuant to the parties’ discussion at the administrative hearing on October 17, 2023, Complainant indicated that #1 Complaint item was completed and #2 Complaint item was nearly complete but she was concerned about a corner/stucco that Respondent indicated he would come back and address.

At hearing, ROC Investigator Wiskow indicated that he would return for a final compliance inspection and determine whether the workmanship issue had been addressed.

The Tribunal set a status date of November 30, 2023.

Investigator Wiskow filed his status report on November 15, 2023 indicating that the #2 Complaint item was completed and, further, recommending closure of the Complaint. Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED the hearing is vacated and the matter is remanded to the agency for any further action.
