On June 23, 2023, at the request of Complainant, the above-entitled matter was continued and set for a Status Update that was due on or before Thursday, September 21, 2023. Complainant was advised that failure to timely submit a Status Update could result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4). Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable. To date, a Status Update has not been received for this matter by or on behalf of Complainant. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
