On July 31, 2023, Respondent filed a Motion to Continue the hearing scheduled for August 31, 2023, and requested the hearing be converted to a status hearing. Respondent’s Motion to Continue was granted and an Order was sent to the parties on October 11, 2023, informing the parities if a status update was not received by October 20, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge would conclude the matter had been resolved and the hearing would be vacated. No update was submitted, the status hearing scheduled for October 20, 2023, is no longer necessary, see order below:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors

for further action.
