HEARING

On July 20, 2023, Respondent filed correspondence with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, and also stated that Respondent would not be attending the scheduled hearing.

On July 21, 2023, a Request to Close Case was filed by Complainant.

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. via Google Meet. On that date and time, the Administrative Law Judge connected to the hearing and Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator James Carter was present. Neither party appeared for hearing.

In light of the above, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
