Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Respondent’s Motion to Continue the above-entitled matter. In the Motion to Continue, Respondent asserted that it “just realized there was a conflict with this hearing and another that is scheduled on the same date.” While there was another hearing scheduled with Respondent at 1:00 p.m. on June 5, 2024, that was not in conflict with this hearing that was scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on June 5, 2024. Further, the hearing in the other matter has since been continued to a status update due on at a later date. Therefore, no good cause appearing,
