ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

At the request of Complainant, although untimely but good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on Monday, March 10, 2025. On or before this date Complainant shall submit provide the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) with a copy of the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s (“Registrar’s”) reply to its Motion to Quash regarding the underlying Citation this matter issued December 05, 2023. Notably, should the Registrar deny Complainant’s motion or fail to grant it by March 10, 2025, a Further Hearing in this matter will be scheduled by the undersigned.

No further continuance shall be granted in this matter absent a prima facie showing of exigency. Failure to timely submit a Status Update may result in the matter being vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4).
