On August 2, 2023, the Office of Administrative Hearings received correspondence from Complainant indicating in pertinent part: “My AZROC complaint concerns regarding the wrong screws, damaged drain cover, and incorrect installation have been resolved since 7/20. ClassicPool Service & Repair LLC completed the work on 7/27. Therefore, the Administrative Hearing scheduled for 8/10 is no longer needed.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
