MINUTE ENTRY — STATUS UPDATE

On June 17, 2024, a hearing was held for this matter. At the conclusion of that hearing, it was determined that a further hearing would be required; additionally, both parties expressed interest in exploring mediation. The above-entitled matter is set for a Status Update on July 17, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days;

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties want to schedule mediation with the Office of Administrative Hearings by submitting a Joint Request for Mediation; or

(4) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
