This matter was previously set for a status update due by March 8, 20225. To date, Respondent has not provided any updates. Therefore,
The hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on April 17, 2025. On or before this date, Respondent is advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
If Respondent does not submit a status update by April 17, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved or Respondent does not wish to proceed with a hearing and the matter will be vacated.
